SSE crashes instantly when equip armor

So I have this armor merge, that I used in oldrim, I brought it to my SSE, optimized the meshes.

However, many of the armors, when I equip them ingame, crashes me to desktop instantly. Only armors from this particular armor merge cause the crash.

I got the latest XPMSSE running with the latest engine fixes.

There doesn't seem to be a problem with textures as well, since I used NifScan to check them.

What could cause an instant crash when a piece of armor is equipped?

I'm assuming the Models have been converted correctly and have been checked before integrating them: Nif optimizer is quite good at that.

While working on DDi found 2 reasons for that:

one is HDT-PE missing. Note: I don't have on any feedback how HDT-SMP cooperates with HDT-PE, meaning weather it will crash also, or just look wrecked. I just know it will not work together properly.

the other one :Bad sized textures.

Even if they just caused a little more load in Oldrim, they didn't have the brutal effect like they have in combination with converted Models and Skyrim SE. I found some in DDx, that crashed even Nifscope, while editing the texture paths, whereas the unconverted Model works fine with the same textures in oldrim. Interesting Sidenote: those textures had not been detected during the texture check of Nifoptimizer. Resizing them a bit in gimp solved that problem.
