Getting CTDs after creating and loading new char

Hi,

I made a new char, after that i restarted the game and want to load the save, but I get a CTD everytime in the loading screen. i have no warnings from fnis, nexus or Loot. What the hell is wrong with my game?

EDIT: The mod causing CTDS is NightmisstressMansion. Can somebody find out why the mod makes loading impossible?

propably you stand somewhere near nightmisstessmansion? aAnd this mod propably conflict with other mods - they change the same area, maybe navmesh bug, or something differented corrupted this place

load all ESP in tes5edit and check for it, maybe you find some records that change the same place

or just load another save... you have before some crashes near that area?
