idaagaming Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 So I have this weird problem, my bodyslide wont work. I can run the body slide program, build a body for the right body (CBBE, HDT physics) and set everything up and it says everythings good. So then running the game and either it is a new character or an old one it will still show a basic body type that I have not created. The skin in the preview in the body slide program wont appear as well so its like a white/grey ish placeholder texture. In game the skin works perfectly fine tho. Anyone who knows the problem? Or at least have a clue? Anything is gladly appericiated since I cant figure this out after several moths of trying.
srayesmanll Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 I see you're running through mod organizer. What I do and it works for me 100% of the time is to hold the ctrl key when hitting the batch build, so I can save the results on the desktop (or wherever). Once done, I then zip (really 7z) the results, import the results into MO, then install it in MO as a mod, making sure that the mod has a high priority. Always works for me. One thing to note as well: the result usually is in a "meshes" folder in whatever folder you chose, with the sub-folders in the proper places. Sometimes the result will nest the meshes folder inside ANOTHER meshes folder (basically end up with [DESKTOP]/meshes/meshes/[remaining subfolders]). Make sure the results are not at the wrong folder level.
idaagaming Posted June 3, 2018 Author Posted June 3, 2018 Thank you! I solved it though, the problem was that in my bodyslide settings the path to my saved builds where in the wrong folder. So changed the path to D:\Spel\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\ and poof then it worked.
