need help with wearing cloth

May be make something wrong. How I can handle wearing individuel underwear and clothing ? If I wear underwear, tops etc. disappear

Generally speaking, most clothing mods occupy the body slot (33).  When the player equips an outfit or piece of an outfit and someone being worn unequips, this is because the two outfits occupy the same slot.  You can resolve the conflict in CK or FO4Edit by editing one of the pieces to occupy a different slot.

You will need FO4Edit (Fallout 4 xEdit) or the Creation Kit from Bethesda.
