Can't load body nif into Blender 2.49b

Does anyone know what is this error mean? and i can not see the body in blender

I changed user version to 11 user version 2 to 34 and deleted all BSLightingShaderProperty

Couple of things I can think of;

 

1 - Your Blender setup is incorrect. Per your pic, you have Blender Nif Scripts 2.5.5, you should have 2.5.9. Also your PyFFI is 2.1.5, you should have 2.1.11. Go here  and scroll to the bottom of the page for Nifscripts v2.5.9, and also see the prerequistites for other links.

 

2 - The process of changing User Version in nifs will only work with older versions of NifSkope, anything pre-NifSkope 2.0, so if you're using the latest this trick will not work.

 

Why not just use Blender 2.78 and the latest plugin?

Because i haven't see any updated tutorial for latest blender on google. They also state that i need other version of python but does not say which one.
