Hmmmm... try to remove all other mods except AEP and dele localthumbcash.packagw. See if it works. Also, do you try to transfer the video on your Sim's household lot? Bacause you can't do it anywhere else as far as I know.

same thing happens to me, The only way I got it to work was to put the camera into my sims inventory and then have the sim walk over to the video station. You should be able to then click on  the camera in your inventory and transfer the videos.
Sometimes it still doesn't work though, I think because the game doesn't register you're trying to use the video station. Just click the video station and do something like 'post update' or something like that, just so the game knows you're using the video station, then try to transfer the videos and it should work. That's at least how I got it to work.

Great mod but i'm having an issue where the there is no receptionist during the photoshoot so i can never start it. I've waited for the entire duration of the event and they never show up. The venue has all the requirements and the other staff all show up straight away, do i need to build a specific reception desk or some other object not in the requirements list or am i missing somthing else?

Hmmm... Receptionist supposed to show up rigth away, sometimes it takes an hour or so, but they show up.I will check it out. Do you have NPC Control mod installed? Also, as a temporary solution: go to photo studio early and get second call there it will trigger the event, but receptionist will be already there.

Hey, I've got a minor issue: in the "in a flash photo studio" the camera menu only consists of bubbles with "..." in them and do nothing when I try to use them.

Did I screw up anywhere or is this a genuine issue?

Nope, it's weird. You don't see even game's interactions for "in a flash photo studio"? Try to run the game with just AEP in the mods folder, maybe it conflicts with something.

I haven't updated the game in a while due to the amount of mods I have. I will try to test it with just this + the required mods tomrrow as I am quite busy right now.

Hi! First of all, I love your mod and ideas. It is my first time posting so sorry if I do any mistake. 

 

Maybe it has already been discussed and I am sorry if so but I was wondering if you have any plans about doing some "active" career about being an actor/actress ? I see that you have created studios and the job could consist of going there, get make up, choose clothing and do some predefined interactions to follow the script of a movie.

In the same way I would love To do à film maker career where your task would be To write a script and select actors,  their apperence and then make them interact together as you see fit. It would be close To what is already in place with the cam recording and computer but maybe longer To write and edit and the interactions would be done by NPCs.

 

Again sorry if this vas already been discussed and if I am not posting at the rigth place. Thanks !

The problem might be with not updating the game, sorry. EA had two patches hat dealt with string tables (text), so it might be that.

Hey, first of all, I really like your mod! Really gives Wicked Whims a whole new Dimension of Gameplay!

 

However, I feel like there might be a problem with the Erotic Photographer, at least in my game. Does the Studio only work when the Event for it shows up? Because whenever I show up in the Studio, there's no Receptionist and the Photographer is only rarely there, and is unable to do anything. I tested getting the Photographer to my Sims' Home with the Photo Studio, and it seems to work there.

 

Also I never seem to get that Event inviting the Sim to the Studio. I am currently on Rank 4 of the Career.

As for the receptionist issue, if your studio has the cash register (as retail lot before), try to replace it with a front desk + computer + chair. 

It helped me solve the no receptionist problem, but you just have to wait for a little while.

Unlike other staffs, the receptionist is always the last one to show up in my game.

Hi! Thank you! Only sims with a chanel at AEP Live Cams get a call. I'm aware about receptionist, I'm still trying to figure it out, but photographer should be at place. Do you have mods that had to do with NPC sims? Anyway, I will try to figure out what's wrong and fix it.

I'm having some issues with the photographer and receptionist. There's no photographer or receptionist at the studio and I can't get one to show up at my house either.

Do you have In Flash Photostudion on your home lot? Do you have mods that modifies NPCs? Try to wait with your sim on the lot for a few hours for game to generate NPCs, they should be there the next time after that.

Ok I have the photo studio in game and in the bathroom their is 2 cubicles that won't allow the placement of anything....not a problem for me but just so you are aware.
