Hair tmc

So I'm trying to give Lisa the afro hair from Alpha-152 costume 16 (alpha152 dlc 8).

I extracted the dlc outfit using Archive Tool, then used the transformer tool to make the costume with hair fit Lisa, then used the texture tool so the hair looks natural but I can't figure out how to separate the hair into it's own .TMC file.

I've tried searching everywhere but can only find an old method using 'noesis' that makes no sense to me using Autolink in 2018.

Is there an easy way to just extract the hair so I can make like "@LISA_AFRO.HAIR.TMC" or whatever to use the hair select in-game with any outfit?

Ok, delete body parts and don't touch the hair parts, you can use LR Photo Studio for that

 

then, use TMC bone tool, load the same file in TMC data and bone data, check collision, and physics boxes, and below, change from MOT00_Hips to MOT01_Head as the image below, save and rename.

don't worry, it's not a newbie question, but is so uncommon, mostly you see problems about running mods or how to use blender and tools.
