Designing houses or convert oblivion nif into skyrim ones

Hi everybody.

 

I meet a new problem : for improving TID city, I need to make some wood houses.

I could use the shackes in skyrim, but it's obvious... except if I can fusion some of them into a single meshe, to make "pre prepared houses"

 

Or there are the houses of Bravil, In Oblivion which could fit my purpose... problem is I'll need to convert these meshes into nifs compatible with Skyrim...
