It is an "Enhanced Mesh" providing more curves and pointy breasts.  You will need to use sliders to tone down the very curvy figure to your tastes.  It will work with any skin so far.  Nipple sliders will not work on this mesh but EA sliders will.

Great when you want to have your Sim "enhanced" for only a Party or special event. 

This NUDE clothing is found in CAS in many categories and under Naked Tab.  So you can be "enhanced" only while Naked.  Accessories can still be added but other clothing cannot.
