RJW Milk Variations 2.7: Got milk?

Milk now has a place in your colony's beliefs. Thanks to ElToro for the suggestion!

New: milk drinking precept (requires Ideology)
Ideoligions get a new milk drinking issue, set up like cannibalism:

• Abhorrent / Disapproved: drinking milk upsets followers, and they think less of anyone who does it.
• Acceptable: milk is just a drink.
• Preferred: followers enjoy milk and get a milk need. Let it run low and they start to want it.
• Required: the same, but stronger. Let the need run dry and they start craving milk.
  

The milk need

• Empties over 8 days. Milk variations and plain milk refill it, including Human Cattle's human milk.
• Breastfeeding counts, and fills it by however much was actually drunk.
• Milk cheeses (with Vanilla Cooking Expanded) fill it four times as much per unit, and higher quality fills it more: legendary cheese fills it twice as much as normal. Time to put that cheese press to work.
• Followers go looking for milk when their need is low, and those who disapprove of milk avoid it. Food policies still apply.
  

Other changes

• Harmony is now a required dependency. Human Cattle already needs it, so nothing changes for your load order.
  

Notes

• Safe to add to an existing save. Existing ideoligions aren't affected until you add a milk precept to them.
• The new precept text is in English only until the Simplified Chinese translation catches up.
