Added the diapers in a packs of 9

Added a means to remove a level of wetness from 1 to 5
- Add Recipes
Added recipes for the packs and the new boosters
- Fixed a creative/JEI bug
Fixed a problem where the armour version of the diapers could be found but JEI and creative showed them with no recipes and confused people, the armour version taken for creative also broke them working with NappyCraft.
