[WOTC] NAPD Patrol Officer - Fallen Doll [NSFW] 1.0.3

This mod includes Alet's police uniform from Fallen Doll, ported by Ummy, with additions added by me.

Additions:
    - Torso (SFWP) (slimmed bust covering, shows areolas)
    - Torso (NSFW) (bare breasts w/support straps attached to corset)
    - Torso (NSFW2) (bare breasts) (The canon "Half Dressed" variant)
    - Jacket (Open) (Shows more side-boob)
    - Legs (NSFW) (commando)
    - Hat (Alt2) (Fits some XCOM heads better, fitted to Kexx's Short Double Buns)
    - Belt (XCOM ID) (Replaces Alet with XCOM logo on ID badge, for immersion)
    - Belt (No ID) (Lacks the Alet ID badge, for immersion)
    - Modular Jacket (split from arms, now in 3 slots)
    - Modular Arms (split from jacket, added to all arm slots)
    - Modular Belt (now in 4 slots)
    - Modular Hats (now in 3 slots)
    - Expanded hero support
    - Significant downsampling (from 140MB to 40MB), with no significant quality loss @ XCOM 2 specs
