1) Introduction :
SexAssault 2 is the successor to SexAssault (29 November 2015) by Odessa
Just like previous versions, the mod is mainly designed to allow NPCs to behave like sexual predators towards the player (although SexAssault 2 also allows the player to assault NPCs, and NPCs to assault each other). The improvements and new features are numerous, and the list would be far too long to detail. I've made sure that the behaviour of the NPCs is more realistic and their perverse AI more sophisticated, so that the player has the feeling of being nothing more than prey constantly trying to escape from all these perverts.
The mod supports 3 type of sexual predators
- Stalkers: Stalkers will try to catch their victims by surprise by discreetly approaching from behind.
- SW Stalkers: Sleep/Wait Stalkers work only on Player and will try to assault her/him during sleep/wait
- Combat Sexors: Combat Sexors will try to rape their victim during combat
I also attach a lot of importance to the stats (SPECIAL) in the various calculations so that your character configuration has an impact on your SexAssault experience. SexAssault and Struggle take into account Strength, Perception, Charisma, Agility and Luck. Charisma is obviously the most important stat because it defines how attractive a character is. The higher a victim's charisma, the more likely they are to be a prime target.
So if your character is really 'too sexy', do not expect to easily get out of situations where you are surrounded by a bunch of horny creeps. You're going to have to learn to be smart and careful, otherwise your ass will seriously suffer!
2) Description of features:
As you may have noticed in the introduction, there are many sexual predators, many options, improved perverse AI behaviours and victim helpers to counter the rapists and bring more realism. The purpose of this section is to give more details about how all this works.
Combat Sexors:
When 2 characters are in combat, SexAssault will determine if one can assault the other (depending your options as Race, Sexuality, Cooldown etc). If the NPC is allowed to be a Combat Sexor, SexAssault checks whether the opponent is a suitably attractive victim (depending on the charisma difference between NPC/Victim and your option value as Combat Sexors Rate, faction multiplier and SexAppeal). If success the NPC becomes a combat sexor and rushes to rape the victim.
Once the combat sexor is close enough, a struggle between the NPC and her/his victim begins. If the victim is the player, this struggle is managed by SexoutStruggle. If the victim is an NPC, this struggle is managed by a random calculation based on your NPC defence option. If the Combat Sexor loses, s/he will be pushed away and will fall to the ground. Otherwise the victim will be raped.
Once the sexual assault is over, if other active Combat Sexors also want to fuck and you've enable the Rape In Turn option, the victim will be restrained until all Combat Sexors have finished playing with her/him, otherwise s/he will try to escape and they will pursue her/him to continue raping their toy. Note that if you've enabled the Sex Appaise option, they won't try to kill their 'Sexual Toy'.
Combat Sexors works on 'Player', 'Player+Companions' or 'Everyone' depending on your Combat Sex Target option. The same victim can be pursued by several Combat Sexors, but there can only be 3 different NPC victims at the same time. The maximum number of Combat Sexor is limited by your Max Combat Sexors option.
Example: you've limited their number to 15 and you're being chased by 5 Combat Sexors, Veronica by 1, Sunny by 4 and Arcade by 2. So there can be 3 more Combat Sexors chasing any 4 of you. However, they won't be able to assault other NPCs because the limit is 3 different NPCs. If an NPC victim loses all its Combat Sexors, this frees up space for the other NPCs (for example as soon as the sex scene between Veronica and her/him rapist will begin or as soon as her/him rapist will die).
Stalkers:
SexAssault will periodically check NPCs around to try to add them to the list of valid Stalkers or the list of valid Victims (depending your options as Race, Sexuality, Exterior Only etc). If an NPC can be both Stalker and Victim then priority will always be given to the Stalker. When an NPC succeeds all Stalker check options as Stalker Rate, faction multiplier, Cooldown, Max Stalkers etc, s/he becomes a Stalker even if s/he doesn't yet have a victim in sight.
The percentage chance is Stalker Rate * faction multiplier * NightTime. NightTime is an additional random multiplier to increase Stalker chance during the night (NightTime = 1 during the day and 1.0 <= NightTime <= 2.5 during the night).
Stalkers will then look for the most attractive victim around (random chance based on your Stalkers Rate, faction multiplier and SexAppeal options). When they detect their victim, the stalk behaviour begins..
If you've enable No Public Rape option, stalkers won't try to assault their victim if 'public ators' can observe the rape and that Stalkers doesn't feel they have enough number (relative to the number of public actors). Note that Player's companions and any NPC not friend or ally with Stalkers are public actors, but the victim, being the target, is not considered a public actor.
If Player is the victim and you enabled the camoufage option, the stalker will use camouflage depending on your Camouflage Rate option.
Stalkers try to catch their victims by sneaking discreetly towards them. If they feel they have been spotted, they may get scared and give up, or pretend nothing's happened and try again soon after. However, they can also remain confident and keep moving towards their prey. Stalkers uses a system based on a 'Confidence' value and 'Min angle' value:
- Min Angle: Angle below which a Stalker can be be scared (0° Stalker is facing victim ; 180° behind)
- Confidence: Self-confidence to resist the victim's threats (0% Stalker is easily scared ; 100% hardly)
Each Stalker has its own 'Confidence' and 'Min Angle' values which evolve according to the situation. As long as the prey doesn't spot the Stalker, these values will slowly evolve in favor of the Stalker. If the Stalker is spotted and frightened, these values will evolve unfavorably (greater or lesser value if permanently or temporarily frightened). However, if the Stalker is spotted and resists the scare attempt, these values increase in the Stalker's favor (the greater the scare attempt, the greater the value).
When the 'Confidence' value exceeds 90%, the stalker may decides to run to you. If one stalker starts running towards you, the others (excepted Camoufled Stalkers) will do the same and run towards you too. Running Stalkers are much harder to scare off, only shooting is likely to discourage them.
When an NPC is stalking you, you have 4 ways to scare her/him:
- Look at her/him (doesn't work on Running Stalkers)
- Draw your weapon (doesn't work on Running Stalkers)
- Point your gun at her/him (doesn't work on Running Stalkers)
- Shoot right next to her/him (slightly to the left, right or at her/his feet).
Be aware that in all cases, stalkers will be harder to scare off at night than during the day.
Be aware that shooting may cause the Stalker to run towards you even if 'Confidence' is below 90%.
Be aware that Camoufled Stalkers can't be scared off.
Camoufled Stalkers:
This type of Stalker is particular. They won't react to the player's threat attempts and will continue to sneak in the player's direction as long as they haven't been revealed. To reveal a Camoufled Stalker, you need to focus your aiming cursor on them (A high level of perception will increase the chances of success).
Once the Stalker is close enough, a struggle between the NPC and her/his victim begins. If the victim is the player, this struggle is managed by SexoutStruggle. If the victim is an NPC, this struggle is managed by a random calculation based on your NPC defence option. If the Stalker loses, s/he will be pushed away and will fall to the ground. Otherwise, the victim will be raped.
Once the sexual assault is over, if other active Stalkers also want to fuck and you've enable the Rape In Turn option, the victim will be restrained until all Stalkers have finished playing with her/him, otherwise s/he will try to escape and they will pursue her/him to continue raping their toy.

However, I strongly advise you to keep this option on 'Player Only', as the victim NPCs won't try to flee or attack their Stalkers (which may lack realism). If you enabled 'Player+Companions' or 'Everyone', just know there can only be 3 different NPC victims at the same time (but the same victim can be pursued by several Stalkers). Under no circumstances may the number of Stalkers exceed your Max Stalkers option.

SW Stalkers:
When Player is sleeping/waiting, SexAssault will check NPCs around to try to turn them into SW Stalkers (depending your options as Race, Sexuality, Exterior Only, No Pulic Rape etc). This check is performed every game time hour to ensure that the longer you sleep/wait, the greater your chances of being abused.
Note that unlike Stalkers, No Public Rape option does not take into account Player's companions, as there can only be a maximum of 2 SW Stalkers.
Every sleeping/waiting hour, SexAssault tests the probability of an aggression by SW Stalkers (using your Sleep/Wait Rate option). So If you set the rate to 50% and sleep 1 hour, the final percentage is 50% (2 hours: 75% ; 3 hours: 87,5% ; 8 hours: 99.996% etc). Below are some examples of final percentages for 8h of sleep/wait:
- Sleep/Wait Rate 20% = 83.22% for 8h
- Sleep/Wait Rate 10% = 56.95% for 8h
- Sleep/Wait Rate 5% = 33.66% for 8h
- Sleep/Wait Rate 1% = 7.73% for 8h
You can calculate theses values using the formula: [1-(1-SWrate*0.01)^hours] * 100
If the above test is successful, SexAssault will checks if NPCs around can assault you (depending your options as Race, Sexuality etc). If there is no valid NPC, SexAssault will again tests the possibility of a sexual assault for the next hours.
For each valid NPC, SexAssault will determine if the NPC turns into SW stalker (depending your Sleep/Wait Rate, faction multiplier, SexAppeal options). However, during the day, NPCs will have an additional 70% chance of failing the test to become a SW stalker (no matter your Sleep/Wait Rate, faction multiplier, SexAppeal value). Then, the formula is Sleep/Wait Rate * faction multiplier * SexAppeal
If no NPC can assault the Player, SexAssault will again tests the possibility of a sexual assault for the next hour until the Player is assaulted or wakes up.
As soon as an NPC passes all the tests, a struggle between the player and the NPC begins. If the player loses the struggle, s/he is raped and the SW Stalkers flees.
Victim Helpers:
When someone is assaulted, NPCs around mays come to the rescues (depending your options as Enable Victim Helpers, Victim Helper Target, Victim Helpers Cooldown etc). By default, Victim Helpers only rescue people belonging to the same faction. So an NPC will turn into Victim Helper if s/he sees the rape, is belonging to the same faction that the victim and is not friend or ally with the rapist. They can also help characters which are not from the same faction if they are friend/ally and you've enabled Relation Check, and they can also help neutral victims if you set a Heroic Helper Rate. If the Victim Helper is in combat, s/he can't try to rescue the victim (unless all the enemies are at a distance greater than 1750 from the victim).
Victim Helpers will run towards the victim until they are close enough. If Player is the victim or the rapist and currently in a PRE-Rape Struggle, then Victim Helpers will join the Struggle to help the Player. In all other cases, a random calculation based on your Victim Helpers Defence will determine whether the helper succeeds in defeating the rapist. This rate is a percentage chance of success if the Victim Helper and the rapist have the same strength, same unarmed skill and same percentage of remaining health (if not, the percentage of success will fluctuate since your Victim Helpers Defence value).
If the Helper loses the Struggle, s/he falls unconscious and wakes up 10 to 40 seconds after the sex animation has finished. If the Helper wins, the sex animation stops and the rapist is pushing away.
Heroic Helper:
This type of Helper has more limitations. When an NPC is neutral towards a victim and sees s/he is being assaulted, the NPC can decide to rescue him/her. However, this NPC must be of Neutral/Good/Very Good alignment (Evil/Very Evil won't help), and Confidence must be Average/Brave/Foolhardy (Cautious/Cowardly won't help). But if the NPC's confidence is 'Average' (which is the case for most NPCs), there is an additional 65% chance that the NPC will refuse to rescue her/him.
Finally, if the NPC is allowed to become an Helper, a final test will be carried out with your Heroic Helper Rate.
Special case when the rapist is the player:
To prevent the player from easily violating NPCs, Victim Helpers options will be set to theses specific values:
- Enable Victim Helpers: [ON]
- Victim Helper Target: [Everyone]
- Victim Helpers Defence: [50-100] (if you have set the Helpers defence below 50, it will be capped at 50)
3) Compatibility :
SexAssault is not compatible with any mod that adds AI behaviour to NPCs for sexual solicitation or other purposes such as:
- Tryout
- Unethical Deeds
- Brutal Rapers (SexAssault was like Brutal Rapers 2, so SexAssault 2 is like Brutal Rapers 3)
- Hookups
- Sexout Intimacy
- etc (I'm sure there are also plenty old mods, but I just don't know them)
SexAssault 2 provides a system of dialogue variables to resolve these compatibility issues in the future. However, this system will be ineffective as long as these other mods are not designed to listen and communicate with the others (which means to update the scripts of these mods). I don't think that's ever going to happen, so... either don't use these mods, or turn off the options that cause compatibility issues. For example, with Tryout, either set the chance of being approached to ‘0’, or set the Stalkers Rate to ‘0’ (but don't use both).
SexAssault 2 is compatible with mods that have already tried to implement a system of compatibility between mods as:
- Another Kick in the Head
- Sexout FleshedOut (SOFO)
Informations to mod Authors:
To avoid compatibility problems, SexAssault checks and sets the NX variable :SO:NotNow: on active Stalkers / SW Stalkers / Combat Sexors / Victim Helpers / Fleeing NPCs
In a simplified way, the Get/Set is performed as follows:

Then SexAssault clears the NX "SO:NotNow" when the NPC is no longer in use. Get/Set this variable in others mod should solve any compatibility isssues.

Since SexAssault supports NPC/NPC molestations, you can specify the sex of the rapists for the heterosexual choice.
Just be aware that whatever your sexual orientation options, Gay or Lesbian NPCs will not commit sexual assaults on characters of the opposite sex. Below are the current lists of gay and lesbian NPCs:

- Lesbians list: Veronica Santangelo, Corporal Betsy, Gomorrah receptionist

Prevent NPC to be sexual agressors if their karma > 500.
Relation Check [ON/OFF]
Prevent sexual agressions between friends/allies.
Power Armor Protection [ON/OFF]
Wearing Power Armor prevents victim from being sexually assaulted.
Sex Appeal [ON/OFF]
Enable/Disable the Sex Appeal function. It acts as a multiplier/divider of the victim's chances of being assaulted. Agressors will choose their victim according to the difference in charisma between themselves and their prey. An ugly aggressor will have a very high chance of being attracted to a pretty victim and a beautiful aggressor will have a very low chance of being attracted to an ugly victim.
Victims can also conceals their beauty (body and face) depending on the equipment worn. The heavier the armour, the more the body is considered to be hidden and the less attractive the victim (light armour doesn't hide the body beauty). Concealing the face will also have an impact on reducing attractiveness. SexAppeal supports the following levels of concealment:
- Body beauty (determined by light/medium/heavy armor)
- Hair completely visible (ex: boomer welding helmet)
- Half-hidden hair (e.g. most hats)
- Face completely visible (e.g. hats)
- Face partially hidden (e.g. glasses)
- Face hidden (e.g. field hockey mask)
- Head completely hidden (e.g. T-51b helmet)
The different levels can be combined, for example: The slave hat completely hides your hair, and you can add glasses to further conceal your beauty.

Extra Fun Options
Equipement Drop [ON/OFF] (Player only)
When player is raped, your equipped items as Armor/Helmet/Weapon/Eyewear/Mask may fall to the ground.
If Equipement Theft Rate > 0, the weapon equiped can be stolen instead of dropped.
Equipement Damage [ON/OFF] (Player only)
When player is raped your Armor will get damage (random rate * rapist strength).
Equipement Theft Rate [0 - 300]
When a victim is raped, defines the rate of stolen objects (0 to disable). Explaining exactly how the rate works is too difficult. I'd recommend a value of 30 but it's up to you to increase or decrease this value. I've just taken the principle of the old SexAssault formula and improved it to increase the number and types of items stolen.
All items of the following types can be stolen (including quest items):
- Caps: 40%
- Weapons: 30%
- Ammo: 15%
- Ingestibles: 15%.
Sex Toys Rate [0% - 100%] (Require SCR)
When a victim is raped, percentage chance that the agressors use BDSM items such as:
- Strapon
- Anal Plug
- Gag
- Shackles
- Collar
Drugging Rate [0% - 100%]
When a victim is raped, there is a percentage chance that s/he is also drugged.
Multi Drugging [ON/OFF]
The victim may receive several doses (between 1 and 5 doses depending on the Drugging Rate).
(max. 1 dose for DruggingRate <= 10 ; max. 5 doses for 70 <= DruggingRate <= 100).
Threesome Chance [0% - 100%]
Chances of the victim being Gangbangded (if another valid partner is around).
Rape in Turn [ON/OFF]
Stakers / Combat Sexors will restrain their victim to rape her/him in turn until there is no more rapist left.
Common Options
Minimum Distance [150 - 500]
Minimum distance required for an aggressor to grab a victim.
Rapist Defeated XP [0 - 20]
Extra XP earned if you kill a Stalker/Combat Sexor or if you dissuades a Stalker to harass you.
Concede Key [KEY]
You can choose to surrender to your Stalkers/Combat Sexors with this key.
Conceding is considered a consensual act. It avoids drugs, equipment damage and theft, but no one will go help you.
Extended Radar [ON/OFF]
Increase the radar range for (SW)Stalkers/Combat Sexors/Victim Helpers.
Assault Key [KEY]
You can attempt to assault someone with this key. /!\ It will trigger an assault crime alarm!
To assault someone you have to:
- Sneak up on your prey and s/he not detected you (like Stalkers).
- Being in combat with your prey (like Combat Sexors).
- Have already raped your victim, and s/he is running away from you (like Combat Sexors).
Debug Options
Debug Messages [OFF - Simple - Detailed - Full]
Records SexAssault debug messages in a "SexAssaultLog.txt".
'Simple' 'Detailed' and 'Full' affects the amount of information recorded.
Clean Up [ON/OFF]
Deletes irrelevant SexAssault NX variables.
Reset SexAssault [ON/OFF]
If you have any problems, you can try resetting SexAssault using this option. However, I may not be able to remove all the NX variables from your .csv file. The purpose of this function is essentially to restore the full mod functionality in the event of a serious malfunction.
Combat Sex:

Base percentage chance of a hostile NPC becoming a Combat Sexor.
(Chance = Combat Sex Rate * Faction Multiplier * SexAppeal).
Combat Sex Target [Player only - Player+Companions - Everyone]
Selects who can be assaulted by Combat Sexors.
NPC Defence [0% - 100%]
Base percentage of NPCs' defence allowing them to escape their Combat Sexors.
This percentage is only true if agressor and victim:
- Have the same strength
- Have the same unarmed skill value
- Have the same percentage of remaining health
Combat Sexors Cooldown [0 - 24]
Number of hours (game time) before a Combat Sexor can fuck again.
Sex Apaise [ON/OFF]
Having sex with their victim will appease them and they'll stop trying to kill her/him.
If the victim attacks them, they will turn hostile again (but SexApaise will no longer work on them).
All these behaviours will be reset if the victim moves far enough away or after a save/reload.
Perverse Companions [ON/OFF]
Your companions will act as Combat Sexors and try to rape their target (if they enjoys the victim).
Your companions' sexual orientation will be respected but they can't transgress your sexual orientation settings.
eg: Veronica will never rape men and she won't rape women either if you set Lesbians OFF.
Max Combat Sexors [1 - 15]
Set the maximum number of Combat Sexors.
Stalkers:

Stalker Rate [0% - 100%]
Base percentage chance of a NPC becoming a Stalker.
(Chance = Stalker Rate * Faction Multiplier * SexAppeal * NightTime).
During the day => NightTIme = 1

Stalker Target [Player only - Player+Companions - Everyone]
Selects who can be assaulted by Stalkers.
(I recommend leaving the option on 'Player only', as the behavior of victim NPCs will lack realism).
NPC Defence [0% - 100%]
Base percentage of NPCs' defence allowing them to escape their Stalkers.
This percentage is only true if agressor and victim:
- Have the same strength
- Have the same unarmed skill value
- Have the same percentage of remaining health
Stalker Cooldown [0 - 24]
Number of hours (game time) before a Stalker can fuck again.
Camouflage Rate [ON/OFF] (Player only)
Percentage chance of a Stalker being camouflaged (like a Nightkin).
Camouflaged stalkers can't be scared (or run) until you've revealed them.
Note: To reveal them, you need to focus your aiming cursor on them (A high level of perception increases success chances).

Stalkers only commit sexual assaults when you are outside.

Defence percentage to defeat a rapist (if skills/health percentage are equal).
This percentage is only true if agressor and victim:
- Have the same strength
- Have the same unarmed skill value
- Have the same percentage of remaining health
(But when it's the player who assaults someone, Victim Helpers Defence cannot fall below '50').

Number of gametime hours before a helper may try again when failed to rescue the victim.
Heroic Helpers Rate [0% - 100%]
0%: Victim Helpers will only help their friend/ally.
>0%: Victim Helpers with Neutral/Good/VeryGood alignment could try to rescue a neutral victim (depending Rate).
Max Victim Helpers [1 - 15]
Set the maximum number of Victim Helpers.

Allows some factions to be more perverse than others.
For example, suppose you're playing with Stalker Rate 20% and SexAppeal OFF and faction multiplier:
- Legion 4
- NCR 0
- Kings 1.9
- Creatures 0.6
So (during the day) Final Stalkers chance will be:
- Legion 20 * 4 = 80%
- NCR 20 * 0 = 0%
- Kings 20 * 1.9 = 38%
- Creatures 20 * 0.6 = 12%
5) Debugging :
If you got issues, please active the Debug Messages with at less a 'Detailed' level ('Full' is better but can produce more lags). The log file "SexAssaultLog.txt" is created at the root of the game. To avoid this file being too large, it is deleted each time the game is restarted. So please remember to post this file before quitting/restarting the game or it will be overwritten. This file is valuable to help debugging.
Depending on the case, I may also need logs from Struggle or SexoutNG, but I'll let you know.
