HR2: Noel Character Mod 1.0.1

A character mod for HR2. Noel is a fighter recently scouted by an underground fighting organization, originally having joined Heroine Rumble as an extra (jobber). Wonders what 'strength' is and what will happen if he does achieve strength. Will he get all the girls if he becomes strong? Will he be able to beat everyone? Will he stop looking so damn girly with his yee-yee ass haircut? So, Noel wants to become the strongest, invariably setting off an unspecified character arc soon...
Otherwise, in his current state, Noel is a smug noob. Kindly refer to the back of his jacket.

Noel's stats, if imported with levelups, are put squarely at level 19 with decent items.

INSTALLATION:

1. Put Noel_CharacterMod in your data directory.
2. In-game in Loadout, import his character card 'noel_export.png' into one of your recruit/roster units.

BE WARNED! Importing his character card without installing his mod folder may result in glitches!

MOVELIST:

Bro Thinks This Is A Fighting Game: Noel, at the end of every basic attack, can press Guard to do an 'Alternate Attack', unleashing an extra attack. Most Alternate Attacks are fast enough to allow continuation of the combos.

[Skills]

Hug Tornado: A spinning heel low kick! Poke tool, unparryable, and grounded launcher.

Superman Punch: Launch a superman punch. One of Noel's best stagger tools and covers a lot of distance.

Triple Gut Punch: Dash in and quickly deliver 3 punches! Can transition into other abilities early. Try using it with Dynamic Suplexer!

Dynamic Suplexer: Performs a fast grab that results in a random punish/suplex move! Be warned, this doesn't hit downed opponents!

[Frame Perfect Attacks]

Skill Issue: For every Frame Perfect variant successfully performed, the supermeter goes up by 5% and energy costs are refunded (if applicable).

Hug Tornado Just Frame: Press Guard just as you cast the Hug Tornado skill. Increased damage and better stagger time.

Superman Punch Just Frame: Press Guard just as you cast the Superman Punch skill. Increased damage and stagger multiplier.

Triple Gut Punch Just Frame: Press Guard just as you cast the TGP skill. Increased damage, covers longer distance, and becomes unparriable.

Jackknife Powerbomb: Press Guard just as you cast the Dynamic Suplexer skill. Faster grab, and Noel unleashes his signature Jackknife Powerbomb.

Trick Kick Just Frame: Press Guard just as you start a dash attack. Better tracking and doesn't launch the enemy away, but limits movement.

Maximum Swagger Punch Just Frame: Press Guard just as you start his final basic attack. It becomes unblockable and unparryable.
