More Quickening [0.20] 1.2

Updated version of Quickening by azdraik, for 0.19 0.20

Want things to go by a little quicker? This simply makes pregnancy progress faster by shortening the number of days it takes for a pregnancy week to progress.

In game settings, you may change a 'week length' in this regard, from 2 to 7 days, default should be 4.

Not currently compatible with 0.21, which has pregnancy accelerators in the pharmacy.
