Brent Wilson 1.0.0

Been wanting to add Brent for awhile.  Brent Wilson is high level management for AEP and makes money on the side distributing his own videos which definitely keeps him in nose candy that he pays his stars and starlets with.  Brent has been in my games for several years now in different versions and different forms, but he's always been the Miami Vice wanna be guy.  Enjoy!!
