This mods is a framework mod to my others mods, The main focus of this mod is to reduce hard requirments and collect functionality to be used in multiple mods, also this mod would collect information about player, everything is added as soft requirment. If anyone wants to use it, feel free to do it.

One of features of this is managment of the board functionality, it adds boards to all settlemnts in skyrim.
