1. Respect and Conduct 🤝
• Treat all members with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, discrimination (based on race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.), and insults are strictly prohibited.
• Don't betray the trust you got from a fellow member. All secrets (personal information) you gained from within the Club should be kept dearly and unrevealed to anyone (if you don't have the other party's explicit consent just keep it silent). This also applies to sharing of information gained via contacts between two members to any other member of the Club.
• Maintain a positive environment. Avoid toxic behavior, drama, and discussions intended to provoke others. No hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of discrimination is allowed. This Club is an inclusive and safe harbour space.
• Dark humor is welcome, but it has limits here. It will not be tolerated if it crosses the line into hate speech, personal attacks, or discrimination. If someone feels uncomfortable and asks you to stop, you must do so immediately. The matter may be resolved by conflict resolution if needed (if any involving party insists on it).
• Conflict resolution: If you have a problem with another user, do not respond aggressively. Instead, contact an administrator or moderator via direct message. This applies even to situations when you have conflict with someone from the administration. Just contact other (not involved in the conflict) admin or mod.
2. Content 📝
• NSFW Content: Legal adult-themed content is allowed throughout the Club. However, it is prioritized to be posted in the designated channels (such as personal user channels or the #nsfw channel). This Club (server) is a community for adults from all around the world. All members must be 18 years of age or older. By participating here, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• Pedophilic and zoophilic files are prohibided in the Club. Please be careful and consider wisely with shocking content like rape, bdsm and etc. (anything including violence).
• Pedophilic content is defined as any image or description made for sexual purposes of an underaged person, including imiges of an adult person portraying a minor who commits or imitates sexual intercourse or other acts of a sexual nature. Underaged shall be considered any person under 18 years old.
• Zoophile content is defined as any image or description of an animal made for sexual purposes in relation to or with the participation of an animal.
• Do not share malicious links, files with viruses, or illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, private information leaks, malware, phishing links, or any type of file or link designed to harm other members of the Club or their devices.
• Avoid "spam." Do not send repetitive messages, tag others without reason, or excessively use bot commands. • Self-Promotion: Self-promotion is allowed, but only in each user's personal channel or in specific channels designated for that purpose.
• Copyrighted content: Sharing links from platforms like YouTube or Patreon is permitted. The Club is not responsible for any legal action taken by copyright holders or for any sanctions that Discord may impose. The legal responsibility for copyrighted content shared without permission rests exclusively with the user who shares the content and those who make inappropriate use of such content. Just be careful and try to avoid problems for all.
3. Privacy and Safety🔒
• Protect your personal information and that of others. Do not share private data like full names, addresses, phone numbers, or photos of other people without their consent.
• Do not impersonate other users, moderators, or administrators with malicious intent.
4. Voice channels 🔉
• The use of voice in voice channels must be respectful and clear. Avoid repetitive loud noises, constant "ear-rape," or using voice modifiers that bother other users.
5. Moderation system 🛡️
• While there is a warning system, moderators and administrators have the authority to make the necessary decisions to protect the community. In cases of severe infractions, they may skip stages and issue an immediate permanent ban.
• The purpose of this moderation system and our goal is transparency and fairness. Actions taken will depend on the severity and recurrence of the infraction in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Decisions are made through a process of consultation and voting among the moderation team. • Remember that we are a group of simmers/gamers, we are not dedicated to this as to a job, so your question may not be resolved immediately, please be patient with us.
• These are the stages of our moderation/warning system:
I. Warning and Advisory 🗣️
• Reason: Minor infractions, such as a comment that pushes the limits of dark humor or respect, or repeated accidental spam or constant incorrect channel usage.
• Action: You will be sent a direct message informing you of the infraction or with advisory.
II. Kick and Silencing 🔇
• Reason: Mid-severity infractions (such as intentional but mild toxic behavior/disrespect) or persistent behavior after receiving a warning.
• Action: You will be kicked from the server but can rejoin using an invitation link that will be sent to you. If you reoffend, the next step will be a permanent ban. Instead or along with that you may be silenced for some period of time by adding the Dzen role (you will be able to stay and see, but not post and talk).
III. Ban 👟
• Reason: Reserved for the most severe and deliberate infractions. Severe harassment, hate speech, discrimination, mass spam, impersonation. Persisting behaviors after being kicked or Dzened. The distribution of illegal or malicious material (such as malware software). Sharing information outside the club about other members without their permission.
• Action: You will not be able to rejoin the server.
6. Contacting Staff 📬
• If you have any questions or need to resolve a situation, please reach out to an Administrator or Moderator. They will respond as soon as they have time. Remember that we are a group of gamers and do not do this professionally, so we ask for your patience.
