Prologue (2/8)








The other girls chattered about where they wanted to go that night, trying to decide which club would have the best combination of VIP accommodations and free bottle service. I was barely listening. Honestly, the last thing I gave a fuck about tonight was clubbing. I knew my agent would be on my ass if I didn’t network though, so I had to pull myself together to stomach making pleasantries and smiling for the night. Windenburg was supposed to be one of the fastest developing scenes for street dance and EDM producers and the downtown area was being modernized to fit in new clubs, bars, and restaurants to keep the influx of newcomers mystified with the historical and sleepy countryside town. If I had come here for a spa day maybe I would have more positive things to say about Windenburg, but all I can think about is how bored I’ve been since flying in a few days ago. At this point I was counting down the hours until I was back on my way to Del Sol Valley, which was now in approximately 46 hours, 17 minutes, and 32 seconds…
