With thanks to tiwa44, some conversions of their Minidresses to slot 48 'overlay' versions:

Head Add-Ons

Preserved Head: 

Particularly intended for use with the robot-type bodies, fully encapsulates the character's original head in a glass jar assembly using slot 31 to replace the hair mesh. Eye plate element required due to Skyrim's 'one transparency at a time' limitation rendering the eyes invisible under the glass, sorry. 

Preserved Head [No Jar]: 

An alternate 'head on a plate' version using slot45, for those who prefer to keep their characters un-depilatated. Recommended for use with short hair.
