There's not much else I can say about her really other then think of her as a one-handed version of Serena (both can wear both light and heavy armour) however unlike Mist or Cris who can use dual weapons (or a shield in Mist's case) she only uses a one-handed sword. Other than that I got nothin' other than have a shot of her nekkid as well.

Oblivion Cris won't ever appear in Skyrim because she'd be dead by the time Skyrim roles around, I don't believe that the TES elves are immortal, a longer lifespan than the humans sure but not immortality and certainly not one that lasts 200 years and even if they where Cris wouldn't leave Cyrodiil, regardless of if she was put in prison or not for her actions in the war against the Thalmor (she would've fought against them.) There's also the fact I like to keep it to one Cris per game so if you want a Cris in Skyrim you'll have to do with Skyrim Cris.
