Rosaline Gale-Blade was born in Markarth, where from a young age she was exposed to teachings of Dibella. As she grew older, it became apparent that she was becoming quite the beauty, and the followers in the Temple began to push harder and harder for Rosaline to give her life in service to the temple. Not one to be held down, Rosaline started getting ready to leave the Stone City, offering her prayers at the Temple the night before she left. As she prayed, she heard a voice:

Rosaline left Markarth the next day, dressed in her unorthodox manner, and began her life of adventuring. Over time it became apparent that some force was protecting her from harm, protection granted from Dibella's boon.

As she devotes herself more to the aesthetic of the female form, she shies away from the more "erotic" aspects that are commonly associated with Dibellan belief, believing that her showing herself the way she does in more than enough.

TL;DR She dresses scantily and receives blessings of divine protection from Dibella. She doesn't sleep around though.
