The ratway? (after talking to Mjoll the lioness. about pests). Yes the those thieves are a pest, and I’m totally not connected with them in any way. Given how I’ve been ignoring them and the task they assigned me, that is hardly a lie. And no way I’m pissing off that warrior lady with her mighty big axe and an even bigger chip on her shoulder about the thieves guild. She did suggest I go talk to some farmers. Wait, was that not also what the Lore Master said? Guess I better follow up on that.

Plains of Whiterun hold you say, well guess you know more about farming and pests that I do. Guess I’ll go back to Whiterun. Wanted to check in with that interrogator anyways.

“It’s getting downright hot”. Was the cart driver talking about the weather or me in my new outfit? Must be me. It’s a lot warmer here than in Dawnstar, wouldn’t be wearing this otherwise. But not exactly what I would call hot. Whatever, I wear it for the enchantment. Sure keep telling yourself that. I do! Does not hurt to look hot though. Guess not. If he likes me maybe I should ... focus on my mission, yes that’s what I should do, and I should stop arguing with myself. Why it’s fun. I was going with crazy.

Time to bring these tomes back to the lore master. Also, I’d like to see if he can learn something useful from these and the ones I recovered earlier. Yes, written in Daedric, but do they tell you anything useful. Let’s have a closer look at these, see what we can learn.

Now you’re talking. Powers, can’t have too many of those. 

From aspect of Peryite we learn Chain Stripper, the ability to remove a single restraint. Well, that’s rather lame. Might be useful in a pinch, but typical Peryite to make such a small thing into a big task to obtain.

From aspect of Nocturnal we learn Chain Shadow, the ability to hide from the beasts. Though it’s only for a bit, that does allow for tactical use of the beasts. Move into the shadows, trigger a mine and make a stealthy retreat while they wreck havoc. Oh nice, I can bring a plus one into the shadows with me as well.

From aspect of Molag Bal we learn Chain Domination, the ability to take control over a beast and its victim. Now that’s a power. I can think off all kinds of uses for that!

From aspect of Sanguine we learn Chain Attraction, the ability to summon a pheromone beast mine. Do I really want those around? It does feel so good when...even thinking about them makes it hard to focus. Maybe others are distracted by such feelings as well. I should go find them, help them. It’s only right to use this power to help those poor distracted people!

The Blue Palace, can’t even remember why I came here in the first place. But I can’t help noticing how distracted Elisif looks. I can relate.
Asking her about it she professes how much she misses her late husband, and particularly being intimate with him.  Yes I bet he ‘intimated’ her brains out, but now she’s not getting any.  She has her eye on Falk, but in her position, it would just not be proper.

But I know a way to solve that.  If somehow, through no fault of anyone, one of those mines appeared right there in the palace and then someone happened to touch it.  No one could be blamed for the hoard of pheromone coated Chain Beasts that came pouring out, nor for the chaos that followed.  An orgy would ensue and with any luck it should get her laid but good. Even if it’s not with the current focus of her obsession, it should give her some relief.  

That worked well. Elisif got laid so good she didn’t really care it was not with Falk. It happened right in the open but no one faults her for it, everyone is blaming the beasts. Plausible deniability she calls it. Whatever, she paid well and looks a lot more relaxed now. Though she might not mind a repeat performance some day. But not today, summoning those mines takes a lot out of me, not to mention the `festivities’ that followed.  I know I want more.  Just not today.

Time to spread the love.  I’ve come back to Riverwood.  Ah, how innocent and naive was I the first time I arrived here.  After all I have seen. Well, let’s just say I’ve changed.

What hasn’t changed is Embry, still pining away for Sigrid. I don’t see it. So insecure, trying to keep any pretty woman away from her husband. Still, Embry doesn’t stand a chance.  If he even tried making a move Alvor would kill him.

I know what they need, what this whole town needs.  They’ve seen plenty of beasts, but these will be a little bit different. Time for some fun.

She went straight for Embry. No doubt she’ll blame it on the beast, but it sure looks like she’s enjoying herself. 

Oops, too much watching them and not enough watching the beasts.  Now it’s got me. 

But why is it just locking me in here. What, are all the men in this town too busy to show me a good time?  Damn. All hot and bothered and nowhere to go.

This won’t be the end of this, you hear me. I will get my lay...way I mean get my way!

Whiterun. Larger town, lot’s of choice.  Where to start.  I know, the companions.  Fierce strong warriors, big muscles, ....  Yes, time for a visit to Jorrvaskr.  

Torvar just got his ass handed to him.  Too distracted for a proper fight I wager.  Let’s talk to him and find out whom he’s pining for, then it’s time for a party.  For his benefit of course, not just because I ... it’s for him, definitely just helping him.

Much better.  Feels so good.  Doesn’t pay bad either. Maybe I should make a tour around Skyrim.  Let's visit the Markarth Inn.

By now I can recognize the look, I can now see it in their faces before I even talk to them. When I tap into the magics to feel their lust, I am always right, anyone I cast it on is lusting for someone.  Also, I can tell whom they lust for. The same magics allow me to feel the reflection of that lust.  I can talk them out of it, but why would I.  Why not just have some fun and earn some coin.

Will Bretny’s adventure continue in Chapter 7, or will she be forever be helping the distracted people of Skyrim and herself ? Only time will tell.
