Rubber Facility - as I imagine them
The original mod is almost 10 years old.
The mod was taken over 5 years ago - from my personal point of view, the project has since failed.
The concept of a facility for "training" a "rubber slave" isn't entirely new in itself — however, this mod's approach differs from others.
Despite this, I personally feel this concept doesn't go far enough, as it caters to too narrow a range of interests (it's only aimed at "devout" players).
The facility is simply there and fully operational... that's one way to do it — but why isn't it more widely known? Apart from the innkeeper of the Markarth tavern, nobody knows about it. Yes, I know — Skyrim has its limitations... but, for example, "Coldhaven" (the underground vampire city) proves that it can be done completely differently... every tavern owner has a dialogue option about "rumors of a vampire sanctuary."
The facility is simply there and already fully operational... you can do it that way — but why isn't it more widely known? Apart from the innkeeper of the Markarth tavern, nobody knows about it. -
Furthermore, it bothers me that only submissive participants can use the facility... and the training program running there is only hinted at... sorry, but it's completely undefined.
My inquiries about a possible implementation of "MME" were rejected... "it doesn't fit the mod authors' vision." I accept that, but I still wonder what the purpose of the "rubber restraint" is supposed to be? The conversation with the head of the institution remains vague... if nothing is finalized yet, there can't be any hints in the dialogue!
My idea for the facility takes a completely different approach... in my case, this facility first needs to be located and awakened from its "Sleeping Beauty" slumber.
Only after this "introductory quest" will the facility be available for use in the context of "BDSM training."
Various (and specific) NPCs need to be created for the staff of this facility—there are plenty of existing mods for their clothing, so only a few adjustments will be necessary.

So what is this facility supposed to do? -> TRAINING - but not only for "submissive" players, but also for "dominant" players.
How?
The following four main options:
- The player is submissive and without a (dominant) partner... so, like in the current mod... the facility provides a dominant instructor.
- The player is submissive and has a dominant partner... both check into the facility... here, mods are needed to support a dominant partner.
- The player is dominant - but has no experience... the player is trained in the facility - first goes through the stations as a "submissive" partner (gaining experience) and is then assigned a "submissive" partner by the facility.
- The player is an experienced Domina and wants to train their inexperienced "submissive" partner themselves... the facility provides the premises and equipment. This would actually be the easiest to implement - mods for restraining partners in BDSM equipment already exist - e.g., "zap-Helper".
In which areas should the training take place? What can be implemented in BDSM and various related fields?
The existing moderators set the limits – and they can be meaningfully integrated.
For me personally, training to become a "cash cow" is also part of it... MME is currently being replaced by MAL.
Can the training also lead to physical changes?
Well, in various fetish novels (like "The Rubber Institute"), such changes are the goal of the rather long stay... in addition to a mental "adjustment" to a future life with active BDSM.
There are also modifications for this – for example, those that permanently lead to a narrower waist through the wearing of a corset.
Are Dwemer mods a mandatory requirement? -> Definitely yes.
Why? -> Because they expand the possibilities for a Dwemer-based facility in a lore-friendly way.

This lends considerable substance to the idea that the "facility" is a former Dwemer laboratory for researching rubber/latex/ebonite.
My decades-old engineering mind tells me that the Dwemer must have had a material for permanently elastic seals for their machines... especially since the actual development of natural rubber on Earth followed a similar trajectory. For example, "rubberized fabric" for rainwear was one of the first industrial applications for vulcanized rubber.

However, latex clothing became one of the first fetishes of the modern age as early as the 1930s... I'm thinking of things like "slimming sauna underwear."

The laboratory—which the player rediscovers thousands of years after the disappearance of the Dwemer—served not only to research methods for the production and application of this special material, but also to answer several questions:
- What happens to the psyche of someone wearing latex clothing if, after a while, they refuse to take it off?
- Why does the wearer become so intensely sexually aroused simply by wearing latex clothing?
- Is it some kind of unknown epidemic—a "latex virus"?
This backstory explains why, in addition to workshops for producing the most perverse clothing, all this "bondage paraphernalia" is also present in the facility... and why there are plenty of cells equipped with restraints for the inmates.
The milking station is already included in the Zaz package – in addition, there's a very nice visual overhaul of "Predator"... but it only becomes truly usable with "MME" or "MAL".
Ultimately, the spatial layout of the facility depends on what perverse experiments and installations one wants to "establish" there.
For purely background decoration, there's a mod that's hardly been used so far.
No, there's no vacuum bed included that the player or an NPC can use—it's purely decorative.
I deliberately created this extensive list to point out that there are plenty of alternatives to the limited restraints available in the original "Rubber Facility" mod.
What do I plan to do with a Dwemer NPC?
I installed a mod a while ago that gives me a follower ("Ninara") from the Dwemer era.

This companion isn't a member of the Dwemer race, but she was created by them... for the purpose of handling "technical matters"—in other words, she's a female engineer.
How did she get to the present day? -> Through a kind of "cryo-capsule" or "stasis box."
A quest chain leads you through numerous Dwemer ruins throughout the game... along the way, you can plant one or more clues to the lost laboratory.
This method (stasis capsule) is also used to initiate the LAL (Life Alert) for the Dwemer race.
So I had the idea that some members of the Dwemer people could have survived the extinction of their race almost 4,000 years ago in such "boxes" within the "facility."
These containers are awakened by exploring the "ruin" and by "Ninara."
Since they are members of the original lab team, they take over the reactivation of the "facility."
For me, there was always a huge logical flaw in the backstory of the original mod: Who among the Altmer knows enough about Dwemer technology to rebuild such a facility? It just didn't add up for me.
However, it's not absolutely necessary for the administrative management of this BDSM training facility to be handled by Dwemer!

This is all meant to be a collection of ideas for a mod... that will never actually be made.
My remaining lifespan is far too short for me to acquire all the necessary skills at my age to create something like this.
