Luxia certainly behaves a lot different in Akavir. Perhaps better that way, it seems things are different enough and potential enemies powerful enough that she could just as well be on a different plane, rather than just another continent of Nirn. Makes you wonder how the Akaviri invasions could actually fail, must have send only their dregs.

It's just that Akavir is completely new to her.
