Basically ok with changing the twins haircuts, though I liked them long haired (well okok, I like long hair in general, impractical as it might be at times). I'm not really stoked about the new hair cuts (and positively hate that plastic looking, pink, hairband).
Not sure on Lilit, hard to say how the skin color changed, light plays such a huge role in that. I quite liked her skin color so far.

Mh I can change Floras Hair still to something without the Band sure ?

But she is going to get shorter Hair then her Sister, more of Outfit reasons, her go to Armor which I really like on her just doesn't go too well with her original haircut. Florence has more leeway in the matter.

Something else about them you can't get to like? Weight changes ok and makeup? ? I gave them makeup originally to make the difference in their faces a little bit less noticable (and failed successfully but I liked it xD)

I Believe I got Lilits original skin color close enough, probably need to change her Makeup tho. (the first Try on her looked like an Evil Version of herself.? Big No No)

I can make a few more Pictures of the new Lilit later if that helps ^^

Well you already know I'm all for the change. ? 

Not because there was anything wrong with the old ones, the technical difference of having them controlled by lazy followers is reason enough alone. Makes them easier to change hair or eyes without messing with them in xedit or CK. Also lets you tattoo them with overlays instead of slavetats. All in all, makes it easier for you to do cool effects with them.

Weight changes ... ok with me, I think they are a bit to different for twins. Aye one is a mage the other more martial oriented, but muscles can get you a pretty shapely backside, they will do preciously little for breast size. If she had become more chubby in general, ok, but they look pretty similar still, except for breast size. I don't really mind, but it does not fit the reasoning. ^^
Makeup wise, also hard to say, especially given the rather hard/harsh light. No hard no-no's for me ... just lip color looks pretty pinkish, not sure if that's the intent.

It is a little pinkish yes, I tried to make her lips a bit closer to their original since those had a more shiny skin texture overall (I faild I suppose)

Can't change much and adding a new Picture now would be not fair ? But nobody said I won't tweak them here and there, already got 2 good reasons to change floras hair.

yes it is but i can still change hair hairstyle, which I will probably do because of the hairband.  I mean the most important reason why I am happy to make Oc's now was so I can change hairstyles. I did try with Wigs on the originals, their Hair color became a Problem, Wig wouldn't get the bright  blond they have.

Depends, didn't check what LazyFollower allows and what not. If you have the full range of 3BA sliders (I supposed BHUNP has similar), you can make her look more muscular (though I said more chubby, as bigger breasts make more sense if she put on some body fat overall). It will only be so-and-so much obvious without a skin to highlight the muscles and that would affect everybody, yes. You can totally make her shoulders a bit wider, the arms and legs a bit more substantial looking. Abs or back muscles will be hard to show without a skin to support that.

I will look into both options, maybe make it a little less obvious, still a weight difference  would fit them well. I made a Character with slightly bigger breast size (because if course I did) then the usual 100 weight, that got carried over by lazys. So maybe those morphs might as well.

I might actually know now how It will.. Take maybe one or two entrys since I can't make it fast. But I actually have an Idea what will happen and I will make a special Character just for this.. Maybe even two ? I won't say too much but.. Let's say I will have to pose a lot and rescue might get delayed
