In an attempt to dilute his criminal earnings, Vito and his organization enter the gambling and nightlife industry in Oasis Springs and Del Sol.

Vito, Joe and other members of the organization have a night out on the town, fruitfully indulging in their new business with their mistresses.  Joe, in particular, has been powdering his nose a bit too frequently, unbeknownst to his friend and boss, Vito.
