Hello everyone!
this is entry gonna be a lot more different, its really some designs and thoughts on things, maybe not the most interesting to read, but I wanted make an entry about something.
Character designs:
Lets continue talking about my character design in my works, this is lot shorter compared the previous entry as well, this time, we
Start it with
Lady Ver/Vera.
Our fresh protagonist in the blog, our precious Lady Vera.
Now certainly, she is way different type of character, than I normally do it, her design and character certainly telling of that.
Yes I like redhead girls with freckles, its a thing.
1. The Adventuring Heroine
Where to start with Vera!
She born out of reading a lot romance and otome genre works, thats where her inspiration come. Generally in those work what I read, protagonist had a specific set of traits, which our heroine has in big dose.
I really went with the fantasy "shoujo" heroine with her, that shown in her design and personality and characteristics.
Lady Vera is our bubbly, naive, pure and innocent heroine who is about to make her own romantic adventure and happy adventure in a dark world.
Her adventuring attire and design certainly shows that vibe, she looks happy and ready to make the biggest adventure of her life.
Its relative simple, yet effective and proper attire.
I went with a rogue like vibe with her look, they are the most professional adventures ^^.
Mannerism wise, she is happy going, jumpy and overly expressive, especially compared to my other characters, she smile a lot, curious and always gesture every bit of emotion she have.
Yes personality and design wise, she is probably the cutest character I done, outside of course the Sister Gwynolda one, I know right Gwynolda used to be cute one time ^^.
2. Disney Princess
Another design inspired from the works, I read lately.
This is literally a princess design inspired from the Disney stories and the mangas I read in the otome genre.
It really suits her as well, knowing lady Vera's traits, this is effectively her taste, overly princess like, almost fairy tale like dresses, compared how Eliza and others dress in my stories, pretty big contrast.
Her mannerism and behavior is the same, if anything she is a little more entitled and princess like, cause she feels that way.
I really a had lot fun designing her and posing and writing her and look forward to make more chapters with her once I have chance, hopefully soon.
Other designs
1. Classic Rogue
Similarly to Paladin Gwynolda, this design is another dnd inspired look.
Its effectively just our bubbly heroine with the rogue's startin gear.
2. Confident Adventurer
Another just for fun design, its kinda the what if Vera in the future, years later when she done with her romantic adventurer and become a confident lady who can take on all Tamriel.
I tried make her look more relaxed and using a bit different vibes and more mature.
3, Farmhand Vera
This was just for fun, making both of them live in a cottage and collect potatoes.
Yes Lady Vera is actually slightly taller than Gwynolda.
And its done, she dont have anything else for now ^^.
Outside her, there might be one more character to cover in these entries.
I will get back to stories soon.
