Kimber was a quiet and standoff-ish young sim, she would sit and watch curiously at how others interacted and wonder why they would make the decisions they made, this phenomenon was of much intrigue to her . Learning anything is easy for her and takes little effort, but she has never been able to fully understand sims, or why they behave the way they do,  and this is why she has became almost obsessed with learning about it and now teaches it.

She is quite successful in all her endeavors and has written 2 books on the subject:

The Coddling of the Sim Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation for Failure

and

The Righteous Mind: Why Good Sims are Divided by Politics and Religion

The latter book received mostly (though not uniformly) positive reviews and was #6 on The Windenburg Times Best Seller list for non-fiction

In that book Kimber offers an account of the origins of the human moral sense, and she shows how variations in moral intuitions can help explain the polarization and dysfunction of Sim politics.

At Discover University she is applying her research on simoral psychology to rethink the way sim business ethics is studied and is integrated into the curriculum. Her goal is to draw on the best behavioral science research to create organizations that function as ethical systems, with only minimal need for directly training sims to behave ethically.

Kimber has been named one of the "top sim thinkers" by Foreign Sim magazine, and is the lead psychologist of Discover University. She is among the most cited researchers in political and simmoral psychology, and is considered among the top 25 most influential living simoral psychologists.

There is a tiny secret Kimber doesn't tell anyone.....

Spoiler

Have you ever heard of a Yoni Egg? KImber has a kink and likes to wear them as she teaches class or during anything that has to do with her being the main focus of a group (like a public speaking event).
