I like animations that tell a little story by themselves (or invisible furniture ones like Billyy has done that are more flexible - you don't have to spawn a chair in the middle of the wilderness but just make it look like you're sitting on a rock, box or mammoth's foot) and Anub's Housecarl Betrayal is one I like when it pops up randomly because it usually leads to interesting questions and story ideas.

Enthir at the College is an obtainer of things, seller of things obtained, and "you scratch my back, I scratch yours" kind of guy, at least going by Onmund's favor quest and Arniel's dwemer quest.  When he and Mirabelle got pulled into a three way with my player character during a mage run I started to wonder what she was having him get or what he had been selling to her worthy of blackmail. Drugs? Gambling debts? Lost artifacts or rare spell components? You decide!

I had already changed her outfit before this happened so she's dressed appropriately for the scene, but the guys should be clothed, technically, in this first shot.

The animation implies the female isn't exactly willing in this situation, but who knows? Maybe its the location, maybe she isn't mentally ready, maybe the seller is just more impatient than the sold. For whatever reason, Enthir has his hand on Mirabelle's head, a dick is shoved down her throat, and the customer looks quite happy.

Storywise, I pulled this shot out of order: it should be 4th not 3rd.  The buyer really has things all in control but the seller seems to want to make sure the experience goes well and helps restrain the sold, without getting a blowjob or anything else out of the deal.  On the other hand, he could be keeping close to provide comfort and safety or is talking dirty to her.

Maybe Enthir is just telling Mirabelle how much more credit she will have at his store, or that she will be able to buy more goods or service with her tab paid up, or this is all part of a BDSM thing for her, wanting to be the bottom for a while and not have to deal with the "day to day running of the college".

Earlier in the sequence normally, I like the touch Anub added by leaving the coin pouch on the ground in this frame.  She is not giving him a blowjob, though you cannot tell at this angle, and he isn't actually holding her at this stage. Here I picture Mirabelle looking at that purse of coins and keeping in mind whatever she needs from Enthir. "This will all be worth it."

I switched to some 2P animations to finish the story in my head (as you can see Enthir is back in his robes, or what passes for robes in Baddog's SOS compatible clothing overhaul).  This was a random from behind, standing, doggy animation, I think.  Mirabelle biting her knuckle to avoid crying out too loudly and "disturbing the other college member who might be sleeping or performing delicate experiments" was a nice, if random, touch.

Does Mirabelle just want to be taken like an animal? Is the buyer into rough sex? Enthir is just enjoying a drink while looking on as we hit the climax of our story.  Hope he doesn't mind a mess on his rug.
