while Our Villon is away getting supplies a guards man walks by the abandoned house and hears Screams for help

When the Guard Gets inside he finds the missing women

he cuts them lose and Interviews the victims 

before the guards get back to the house to spring a trap Pervitius Sexius arrives

to find the house empty of his victims 

he decides to dawn his armor and get ready for a fight and a soon as he puts on his gear he hears a banging on the door

Windhelm Guard : "Windhelm Guard! come out unarmed! and surrender!

"alright! where going in!"

he manages to kill several Guards before being backed into a comer and overwhelmed normally the guards would of Killed him, but his crimes where so severe that simply being killed in a fight was not enough.

*Pervitus Sexius is locked in a cell for months with no food and daily Beatings and torture before he is dragged before Ulfric Stromcloak for Judgement
