Well our Tax is pretty high and with the other bills it leaves very little for us to put food on the table. Mercy thought Aria would have some we could uh steal

Yeah Tax is high for everyone since the Civil War ended it goes to repairing Skyrim though I do feel for you. Things have been bad of late for everyone.

The Guide has taken on a few more new members since then because of it.
