Mililani Deccabus, Vaults 114, 75, 88, 111, 112 - All points in-between

By the way, Vault-Tec never acknowledged the existence of Sub-Vaults beneath Vault 75, Vault 111, Vault 112 and Vault 114.  It didn't acknowledge a sub-vault beneath Vault-Tec headquarters in Washington DC nor the satellite transmission towers disguised among the formidable skyscrapers of Boston.  The U.S. Military and Enclave never knew about the backdoor observation software Braun had secretly installed in all Vaults, key installations, and critical institutions if the Societal Preservation Project were to succeed.  Neither did it acknowledged the trans-dimensional telepads that link the some of Vaults built along the East Coast.   Once awakened from 114 and then transferred to Vault 111, she would be re-instated with no memory of events but have the necessary knowledge, skills, and materials (with workbenches) to achieve her objectives.

Good God, what was Dr. Braun and the Corporate Executives of Vault-Tec up too?  Braun was either a genius, or mad, or both who had his fingers in every bit of technological invention that caught his attention.  Where they planning to use the Societal  Preservation Program outside the stated bounds to advance human evolution and create a superior breed of humanity?  It wasn't until 5 years after her release from Vault 111, did Mililani Deccabus learn her true origins and purpose in the grand schemes of Enclave and Vault-Tec.  

Thanks to the unintended use of the Memory Lounge in Good Neighbor, Mililani had several memory caps "popped" revealing a devious objective from a flood of synaptic activity and stored information held in her Pip-Boy. All facts came into play.  She was a loyal employee, a Vault-Tec engineer and technological analyst, stored away in stasis in an undisclosed sub-section of Vault 114. Her primary programming via the Memory Chairs was two fold. Her first primary objective to retrieve salvageable Vault-Tec property and its technologies from various locations across post-nuclear Boston.  Her second primary task was revive and activate the main broadcast towers across the Commonwealth so Vault-Tec can proceed in rebuilding America's infrastructure.  Finally, she was to secure the front entrance of Vault 114 and eliminate all unauthorized occupants squatting inside of it. 

Much like her contemporary Vault-Dweller, Anjela Snow-Woman, she was biologically engineered to be the next push in human evolution via selective breeding and human genetic modification.  First, she needed to find Shaun, her missing son.  The duty to the Vault Tec and necessity of motherhood weighs heavily on her shoulders.  Most of all, was Dr. Braun still alive ten years later after his disastrous encounter with James and his daughter Sun-Nee MacIntyre? 

Someone must be issuing her new orders.
