Skimpy Pirate Armour

Some of you out there are probably trying to look for this mod, well so am I.

Exquisitely detailed mods like this are quite hard to come by and I know there are people out there who would like to use this.

I have tried reverse imaging but have come up short.

Please help me find it, I would very much appreciate it.
