This is really buggine me, I cant equip ttop and bottom armor mods at the same time. For some reason I will put say pants or skirt on character but as soon as I equip top (shirt) the bottom unequips! The weirdest part of all is that on one character both top and bottom equip fine. All my characters are low levels and I don't know why it would only work on one.
