Born on a military-style stud farm North of Vault 15, Bear Vyser was recruit by a remnant of the United States Marine Corp and trained in the military sciences upon turning 16 years of Age.  24 years later, he is a successful mercenary leader and commander of the Explorers.  His mission is to scout and explore the region around the Commonwealth of Boston and securing a region for recolonization and exploitation      More to cum...
