Have similar problem as LibertyPrime and EternalDamned. In addition I cannot find the "penis" option from MCM.

This option is not provided by this mod. Creatures are not altered in any way, so by default (except dogs, vanilla) you have no way to talk to them. If you can speak to a creature, then it is another mod adding the ability to talk and making them "NPCActors". Not easy for me to filter them out. Thanks for your reply. I can talk with animals using this mod...and the only option is "follow me for sex". It should be a bug I think, could you please fix it?
