  1. Can't wait to jump back into this game and try out all the armors you have made over the last 6 months.
  2. Glad to see this thread is still going, and people are still helping others out with it. Hopefully I will be back to playing Skyrim in the near future, life has just been kinda crazy recently. So much to catch up with in modding, seems kinda overwhelming 0_0 Great examples of characters on the last few pages! Jiitek, thanks again, and hope you have a happy holiday
  3. Please use jdownloader for downloading. It makes everything soooooo much easier. You can even put link url for a page with many pictures, and it will download all pictures. Use it for everything. Simple. http://jdownloader.org/
  4. Download it again with jdownloader http://jdownloader.org/
  5. You just need to uninstall RaceMenu first, should resolve that. I do that, as well as make copies of the directories and name them so I know what mesh/texture is in the folder.
  6. Ya... but don't you kinda think that CotS is only "mildly" compatible with ECE? i mean.... i use both mods at the same time... but... hardly any of the ECE sliders work with CotS. Although the expanded tint/colour system works with CotS. i'm currently trying out the Monli Young Edition mod, which has the monli face but the CotS body (i thiiiink). Some skin textures have a visible "seam" at the neck.. but for others its not so bad. Plus, all the ECE sliders work with the Monli head/face Still looking forward to R3 though. You can do the full install with ECE if you want, to make it easier I wouldn't let it replace the CoTs facegen data. Pretty sure you have to manually move some files around from ECE to other directories if you do a full install. I haven't done it in a long time.
  7. Do you mean that I should replace all the female body meshes, in my CotS folder, with the body meshes from the DIMONIZED UNP female body mod ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6709//? )? If so, I have already tried that, it didn't work. Also, the female body mesh files in CotS and the UNP female mesh files are exactly the same. In the below picture, the left window is my CotS Mesh folder and the window on the right is the mesh folder from DIMONIZED UNP female body mod. You will notice that all the corresponding file have the exact same Date Modified time and exact same file Size. same.jpg Try dropping them in this directory as well: \Data\meshes\actors\character\xvisionc\character assets I had weird issues with replacing the meshes and skeletons until I started doing it in both directories. From the last page: I use ECE. You have to install it after CoT. Don't add the skeleton or extras, and don't let it overwrite the facegen data when asked. It WILL affect your current character, so you will have to go into showracemenu to make the head look correct...it will make sense when you see it.
  8. Use the UNP meshes for the body, then all UNP armor will fit correctly.
  9. mouth like this file Yeah, ECE.
  10. When you say that you're trying to get rid of the hairstyles, do you mean on yourself or on other children? If it's on other children, then the short answer is that you really can't... xvision's children requires apachii hair to load at all, and CotS depends on the xvision mod, so... yeah. If you want different choices for yourself, then probably the best option is to install another hair mod, and use those hairs instead. Also install the racemenu precache killer, found at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33226//? Apachii isn't a requirement anymore. The hair and breton face bug was explained earlier in the thread I think. I would just delete those files from the COTS mod. I have been running it without any problems since the first release. I use custom textures and edited files and other mods with it and it runs fine. Sounds like your load order is the problem, there is no problem with this mod. Is there a folder called 'fomod' in the mod directory? It should have two files in it, info.xml and ModuleConfig.xml
  11. Thanks for your reply, that didn't work either, i re-installed it and read 1 by 1 all the overwrites its asks and basically wants to change half my mods.. ECE, face packs, all textures, but especially ECE, so i guess no CoS for me. Are there any other vanilla npc kids replacer ? The femalehead file is not an overwrite, so you won't see it show up. It is it's own file that you have to delete. You have to actually go in the Character Assets folder and remove it manually. It is basically a redirect file, that doesn't overwrite any existing files, just redirects the CotS textures to overwrite your normal textures. Once removed, your regular textures should show up. That's all I did, and it worked just fine. I don't use ECE, so not sure how it works with that. I use ECE. You have to install it after CoT. Don't add the skeleton or extras, and don't let it overwrite the facegen data when asked. It WILL affect your current character, so you will have to go into showracemenu to make the head look correct...it will make sense when you see it. Delete the hair files that come with the mod. Vanilla assets are in the core game files, so all you need to do to get them back is delete the additional files you don't want to use.
  12. BUMP If you see that character wearing anything else you like, just ask me http://www.loverslab.com/topic/15220-armors-for-yii-techniques-labors-children-of-the-sky/ https://mega.co.nz/#!Z0l20QZB!eNi3ZX3NYbCiv5Xohq9-hGXXPvV358hdror5Ba6RsLo
  13. The main file is structured just like that, so it's probably NMM compatible. It's the patch that I'm confused about. The patch is just '\textures\armor\modname\dds files'. No meshes or .nif files at all. But it's structured in the same way that the textures in the main file are. Just overwrite the old files with the new ones. No changes to the meshes were made with the patch, only textures.
