mod manager was create for forum alone. they let you register by wechat acc, and wechat let ppl outside china register acc as long as you have some friend already have wechat acc confirm your acc. so in the end, china id is not what you need

no, many his mod got leak 5 months ago as he refuse to keep spend do monthly sub to guy write encrypt, he got mad and leak all his mod. proof, you can go looking for any elite tier mod back from 4-5 months ago until today and i bet cant find it get upload anywhere on internet. i mean literally in post guide how to use his mod, he write this line ELITE files are assigned to each user and sent out based on each user's payday. i mean other than sh2 mod, the tag price are reasonable if comission mod are as good as mcclure mod. he actually include jiggle physic in shf mod so i have to say not bad at all
