Thanks! Maybe the issue in the weight paint of that specific size. I will check the mesh and try to solve any possible error. I'm not sure of it, but it may be an issue with the latest versions of S4S. I noticed that after one of the updates made on the past months, new exported blender files, opens with all the joints, that were hidden before, visible. So, it seems plausible that some information gets corrupted or has some errors when exportin a mesh to blender.

Only by editing the package file to add the wanted swatch, but this will only be applied to that specific penis/file, and it will not affect the appearance of the others. I'm so sorry, I was checking the files and I realize the condoms are hidden in CAS. Sometimes these kinds of issues are related to the rig or the weight paint of the mesh. Have you seen this problem with other sizes of the same mod? And if you haven't, could you let me know what size of soft penis your sim in the screenshot is using? I would like to verify if is or not a weight paint issue. Also, don't worry about the graphic settings. Having lower graphics, may create issues between the seams of multiple body parts when they are custom-made and they do not have the proper lower LODs like these ones. 🤡 This looks more like something else.

I'm not sure if this would help, but delete the localthumbcache.package from the game folder that is located in Documents. This last version has new thumbnails in CAS, but if that file is not deleted, it's possible that the games is still showing the old Thumbnails. Maybe that is why you can't find them of visually locate them. Also, try to see if you don't have any duplicated files of previous versions of the mod. Duplicate files may also create some issues.
