Any skins/overlays for better body mesh?

Using Better Body but its so frustrating that nearly zero overlays match up with the mesh so nipples are always off. Only ones I can currently use are LumiaLovers Smooth skin (Which nearly everyone uses anyway) and female details nipple overlays.

 

So many great looking skin textures out there its a shame can hardlly use any unless you want broken nipples.

Are there any others out there compatible?

 

(Or unless im doing something wrong/noobish and they do work but im just doing something wrong!!?)
