yay855 Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 What if the sexout mod 'Alien Symbiote' transformed those with the symbiote into a Futanari? The player and misc. NPCs could simply switch to a female, but have a realistic dildo equipped permanantly that only shows when clothes are off. When the player has sex with a Misc. NPC, the NPC will be converted. Also, before you say anything about important NPCs, when I say misc. NPCs, I mean the ones that don't have an important part in the story. For example, this could affect "NCR Ranger" but not "The King"
