Skyrim slow quicksaving/somewhat faster manual saves

My quicksaves take a few seconds to finish. During that time, the game just basically pauses itself. In past playthroughs, quicksaves were instantaneous. I remember that when quicksaves took this long to save, it was time to delete some saves from the folder.

 

I've even tried deactivating all my plugins and it still does it. Removed my SKSE plugins to test, still does it. Here are some of my saves. I saw another post where someone was able to look in another user's saves, so I'm posting what I think you need. PC specs: x2 980ti's in SLI, 16gb RAM, i7 7700k @ 5.0ghz, Skyrim installed on SSD, Windows 10.

 

Any help would be enormously appreciated.
