Help, pip boy only show the first addiction and no others

Hi all

 

Has anyone had the issue where only the first addiction is shown under the status screen when pressing the Q key and no other addiction is showing even though you know your toon is addicted to multiple substances. All I get showing is the very first chem my toon is addicted to and the alcohol addiction. I have tried curing all addictions and that works but the same problem applies when my toon gets addicted to more than one chem once more. I have tried removing mods but it seems to be a permanent glitch. If anyone knows how to get the Pip Boy to show all the addictions then please let me know. Thanks.
