Must-have mods?

Hello fellas.

So I'm kinda new in modding and all that stuff, especially when it's not from nexus, where all you need to do is to click one button and mod is installed, so nowadays I'm into loverslab's stuff, I'm curious what mods would you recommend me as "must have"?

 

At the moment I have:

• Four play and it's community patch

• SexEmUp

• RSE

• Familly Planning

• Devious Devices

• Torture Devices

• F4SS

 

I'm not sure how DD works tho. I'm still trying to figure it out. 

 

I'm interested in something that would completely change the gameplay OR add lots of new stuff. I just saw a thread where people were talking about "sexiest" settlements, I saw something like night club, slavery center, some other stuff, but at the moment I'm not sure how to build all that stuff, unless it's all have been built by placing animation rugs, then yea I could do it as well.
