Devious device didn't come off

I asked my follower to remove my blindfold & she did. But the blindfold didn't come off. It is still on me & I can barely see. It's not in my inventory either. A small black box came up that said No name or not named. When I did console command show inventory, nothing appeared at all in that pane. How am i going to get that blindfold off. I believe this was the cursed loot mod I have because it got equipped as we entered Kilkreath. I too have devious devices installed (assets,integration,& expansion).

cursed loot has a option in the mcm under debug to remove all devices you currently have, if that doesnt work devious devices mcm also contains a emergency item removal option you may try, but since the removal obviously bugged somehow I honestly would reload a earlier savegame if that is possible so you dont continue with this error. If that doesnt help you should also ask in the DDi thread as you may reach some more people that may know a solution.

Cursed loot doesnt add items when you enter a cell the only mod I now that does that is "naked dungeons" so a mod list which shows the mods you use would also be a good idea to get help so others have more information to work with.
