Searching for Ephemera 'Skinny' skin

As title says, I'm searching for Ephemera Skinny dafault skin.

Found this on her blog (attached pic)

 

The first link is broken: has someone got it or does know where to get it?

I've tried the second default one (130403) and doesn't show up in my game. Btw what's the difference between the two?

If you're using pre-exisiting save or an EA game world like Sunset Valley try resetting the town with MC that may or may not make the skins take hold on the sims as pre-made sims take a long time for the game to update their looks when custom skins are installed.

To make sure the skins really are working make one sim get naked.

 

Interestingly though worlds like Dragon Valley, Midnight Hollow, Sunlit Tides etc....Basically any EA Store World) when freshly loaded as a new game show the skins on the sims right away.
