What is this error trying to tell me?

I see this error in the Console window (~ key) "Fatal - Thread[0] - unable to find valid default animations.   

 

 Also : Random sex never fires (either with PC Only checked or not) and arousal only seems to go up.  In addition SoS MCM shows nothing and the same is true of SLAL MCM.  I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling, both with old saves and with brand new characters.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
