Creature Textures [?]

Question. 

I use a few different creature texture packs, generally speaking they are higher resolution quality / visually more disturbing than the ones used by MNC/Sexlab.  In particular of note, Draugr, Falmer, Werewolf, Trolls.  Some of these have ENB SS effects, yet during SLF animations the creatures texture swap during scenes an back once finished.  It wouldn't be of particular issue if the quality of the swaps was similar, but it's a noticeable change. 

Just as a reference.  https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/90565  Is there a way to easily make textures from this mod remain in effect during SF scenes or does it require more work beyond swapping texture files?  

Perhaps those in the LL community could assist or direct on better quality texture packs (1k 2k 4k, with ENB SS?) that already handle the issues I'm facing, that would be grand (an probably free up some plugins if there is an all in one overhaul)
