Error: The Sims stop working

Hello. First of all, sorry for my bad english. Yesterday night I downloaded wickedWhims mod with The spanish translation and The animations and optional mods allowed in The same post.

Well, i'm trying to try The mod in Game. It works well, but I'm having some issues:

 

In The CAS: The game doesn't leave me to add another sim. I can only fusionate Sims from The gallery. If I try to add a sim with The tradicional way I get that error.

 

In Game: I tried to be romantic with my Sims, but The game stops working when The Sims are just talking. I know that The mod works because I Toke two Sims in love and sent them directly to bed and The mod and animations worked. But when they interact, The Game says "bye bye".

 

In The error window says that:

 

"The Sims 4™ stop working

Windows is finding a solution to the problem"

 

Then says:

"The Sims 4 ™ stop working

The program stop working correctly for an issue. Windows will close The program and will notify you if exists a solution"

 

Please, I need help.

first, remove all your mod file out from sims4 mods folder to temporary folder (except wickedwhims or mccc if you use it), then do clear cache > http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/help/cache.php

 

it your game still crash, then do repair in origin.

 

then if you already done all but still crash, looks like something error with your operating system or hardware
